Glove Manufacturing Dipping Machine
Ripcol has over 20 years of expertise creating and building glove dipping machines for Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) gloves, Natural Rubber (NR) gloves, and other synthetic rubber gloves, with the chain driven dipping machine built and developed with all requirements in mind:

Chlorination System
Chlorination is a treatment method that uses chlorine-based water to minimise glove surface tackiness, protein level, chemical residue, and so on, while also providing a satisfactory glove donning result. Ripcol has over 20 years of expertise in offering comprehensive technical solutions for glove chlorination, whether online or offline.
Fume Ventilation System
Corrosion fumes from the cleaning process’s acid, alkaline, and other chemicals, as well as high moisture content from the glove process’s leaching water, created corrosion environments in the steel-made glove dipping machine. The correct exhaust of corrosion fumes from production was critical to lowering the corrosion rate on the manufacturing machine and creating a safe and healthy atmosphere for the personnel. Ripcol provides corrosion resistant suction hood, cover, ducting, blower fan, and treatment system design and construction to vent out the aforementioned corrosion fume from the manufacturing floor.
